The purpose of this project was to present a rebrand campaign proposal for Lafourche Education Foundation’s 3rd annual 2025 Louisiana King Cake Festival held in downtown Thibodaux, La. The concept behind this identity system is to capitalize on the meaning behind good cuisine, culture, family, community, and good times during the Mardi Gras season in South Louisiana.

Louisiana King Cake Festival welcomes king cake tasting, children’s parades, live music, and the toasting to the start of Mardi Gras. A rich color palette of different toned violets, greens, and yellows were used to emphasize the history behind Mardi Gras and to portray the vibrance of life found throughout the area. This brand was looking to expand their footprint and elevate their identity, therefore these design solutions were created to aid in that.
